   The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 31 July 2015 the 
unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 
   106.9 pence per share ex dividend

   The net asset value is stated excluding a final dividend of 2.8 pence 
per share and a special dividend of 4.0 pence per share. The final 
dividend was paid on 7 August 2015, having been approved at the AGM, to 
those shareholders on the register on 3 July 2015. The special dividend 
was also be paid on 7 August 2015 to those shareholders on the register
