   The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 12 January 2015 
the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 
   107.7 pence per share 
 
   ex dividend. 
 
 
 
   The net asset value is stated excluding a dividend of 2.5 pence per 
share. This dividend was paid on 15 January 2015 to those shareholders
