Amendment of RNS published at 16:19 on 15 July 2016 - The total voting
rights was incorrectly stated as 84,235,850 ordinary shares instead of
84,210,850 ordinary shares.
Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that on 15 July 2016 the Company purchased
for cancellation 199,953 Ordinary shares at a price of 93.5p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is
now 84,210,850 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each, with
voting rights.
