   The Board of Octopus AIM VCT 2 plc announces that as at 21 October 2019 
the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 
67.6 pence per share. 
 
   The net asset value is stated excluding an interim dividend of 2.1 pence 
per share and a special dividend of 3.9 pence per share. The interim and 
special dividends will be paid on 7 November 2019 to those shareholders 
on the register on 18 October 2019.
