Result of Annual General Meeting

Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT) announces that all of the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting today were duly passed on a show of hands, with the exception of special resolution 11. The proxy figures for the resolutions proposed were as shown below.

Resolution 11 relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights was withdrawn at the meeting following shareholder feedback which indicated insufficient support for the resolution.
