Funding Update
Further to the announcement of 4(th) July 2017, Obtala Limited (AIM: OBT), the African focused agricultural and forestry company, announces that discussions are continuing with Jiangsu Dolphin International Trading Co Ltd ("JDIT") regarding satisfying conditions of the subscription agreement. JDIT has encountered unforeseen delays in achieving regulatory approval for external investment which they are seeking to resolve shortly and we will update the market in due course. The timing of the receipt of funds has not impacted our expansion plans in the second half of 2017.
