Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Further to the announcement made on 11 September 2018, Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM:OCI, the "Company") is pleased to confirm the appointment of Stewart Porter to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Biography

Stewart has over 40 years of operational experience, both within private equity and TMT businesses, the latter being one of Oakley's three core sectors for investment. During his career, Stewart has held positions as COO and CFO at Wilkinson Sword and TI Group, as well as Director of Finance & Business Development for Global Markets at Cable & Wireless. Stewart was a founder and CFO of Pipex Communications plc. Stewart was instrumental in the development and successful sale of the Pipex group, helping it to grow from early stage start-up in 2000 to a business with over GBP400 million of revenues in 2009, mainly driven by a series of 14 acquisitions. Stewart recently retired as COO of Oakley Capital Limited.

(d) been a partner in any partnership which has been placed in compulsory liquidation, administration or been the subject of a partnership voluntary arrangement whilst he was a partner in that partnership or within the 12 months after he ceased to be a partner in that partnership;

(e) been the owner of any asset or been a partner in any partnership which owned, any asset which while he owned that asset, or while he was a partner or within the 12 months after he ceased to be a partner in the partnership which owned the asset entered into receivership;

(f) been the subject of any public criticism by any statutory or regulatory authority (including recognised professional bodies); or

(g) been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of any company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairs of any company.

On 10 February 2014, Stewart Porter was appointed as a Director of Project Exhaust Limited. On 1 December 2016, the company filed a Notice of Intention to Appoint Administrators and the administration is ongoing. The last Administrator's progress report, filed on 22 August 2018, states that a distribution of 100 pence in the pound, amounting to GBP34,106, was made to preferred creditors. GBP18,754 has also been distributed to unsecured creditors but agreed unsecured creditors' claims amount to a further GBP1,187,416.

No further disclosure is required under AIM Rule 17 and paragraph (g) to Schedule Two of the AIM Rules with respect to Stewart Porter.
