Be interesting to see if the buy price drops.
MMs not exactly encouraging any buying it seems.

Had to speak with HSBC Stockbrokers yesterday about a specific issue to do with my holding and they in turn had to contact the Company Registrar. HSBC mentioned in passing that there had been problems with stock shortages.

was meaning that without a deal, sellers will appear, hence sending the price down.

may then see a virtuos downward spiral, as recent buyers lock in profits as bridggar has done, while others may sell at stop loss.

I find it laughable that posters here reckon the Market Makers *know* when a deal is going to be done....

at the end of the day, this is a thinly traded, illiquid stock, and the only thing that can currently move the price, ceteris paribus, are buys and sells IMO.

bridggar...know what you mean....undoubtedly taking a profit on here MUCH more rewarding after all the suffered pain.

madskt.....what happened to your market forces eh ???? buyers moving the prices up and sellers moving it down. You obviously know there wont be anymore buying before any deal ???

they move on such little volume.... looks like the mms are using the frightening tactic again... tick down... to get the panic sellers.....must be some news on a RTO soon.
I,m staying in looking to see another FGN or close to it..

Personally don't think these will fall back much from 18p bid and I'll be disappointed if they aren't circa 28p by end of Jan. No ramp intended.
