NXT PLC (NTX.LN), a provider of electronics solutions for audio and haptics, said Wednesday it has appointed Dr David Bramwell non-executive Chairman with effect from Jan. 1, 2011.
MAIN FACTS:
-Ian Buckley will, as previously indicated, step down as Chairman and from the Board on the same date, after serving as a board member for nine years.
-Bramwell is currently a director of Rights and Issues Investment Trust PLC (RIIC.LN); within the last five years, he has also been a director of Intelek PLC.
-Shares at 0800 GMT unchanged at 3.63 pence valuing the company at GBP15.49 million.
