All costs money man. Just depends how you see current finances to forecasted costs

Imo, an announced placing with most of it backed by funds, would be a great sign in this instance given the time window

I know it raised 1.65M or something and in essence a private backing. Be nice to see one more preferably for 3-5 million with more backers or same will do.

Honestly do not think a new CEO is required. Most likely be one of course but Alistair is in a different league to most small company CEOs. Doesn't do the hype . Probably his professionalism is lost on Chimp Stock punters

He would fit right in for a large institutions interview

The only figures I can refer you to are the ones Allenby produced.They need to be revised though as they don't account for Oxilio and we don't yet know much about NXP004.All we know is that a phase 1 ready NXP002 alone would be worth around 9p a share to us. We appear to be about 12 months away from that point but alot can happen in between and our valuation could change the more the market expects us to achieve that. So updates on progress will be important.The first step is to get a new CEO on board who can steer us there.

Anything is still possible at this stage Hollywood.The new board seem to be more professional and have stuck to their plan. Anyone who was previously interested but put off by the way things were done before can see it's a different company now.AB said she was going to see if there was any possibility of a positive outcome to the previous talks. She has not mentioned it since, either way. However, I remember a vague question in the AGM Q&A which asked about the status of previous management deals. Her response was something like "we cannot comment on previous management activity and we will only talk about deals once they have been agreed".Read into that what you will. She hasn't directly said the Asian discussions are defunct (which she did do for Ebers & Vistagen). Then again, would she really want to acknowledge publicly that a major deal for the primary asset could not be revived? Probably not.Looking from the other side, as the Asian partner. Why would you not be willing to rekindle talks? Is it because you didn't trust the previous guys or the potential of the product? Well all those people have now gone. As for the product, the data will speak for itself. 2 years is a long time though, so I'm not holding my breath for them. With the solubility and nebulisation sorted though, it could open up a big wide world for us. If the Asians are still interested then it might not be too long before someone else takes an interest too. That is why I think it might not take too long for them to make a decision, if they haven't cut their nose off to spite their face.

I agree with what you are saying. I am sure that if they were interested then they will be following us closely. I'm interested in the figures. The rumoured figures were good imo and I wonder what they would be now that we have further information, data and the possibility of nebuliser use. I can't see a board room rift getting in the way of a deal as kissei have attempted themselves previously to overcome the solubility issue

All I was saying in my earlier post was that IF the Asian partners were still interested then they will most likely have stayed in contact with the new board and will probably be eager to move as soon as possible after 2 years.I think it more likely though that they walked away in early 2020 and the old BoD just didn't have the guts to tell us.

Going back to the previous rumours - question, why would Kissei be willing to negotiate a deal for NXP002 before any of the results we now know and why would they now not be interested until phase 1 is complete next year?
