This company imo will be in the docks when it becomes common knowledge the tests were beyond the professionally approved cycles to get a 'positive' result of that debacle we let rule our lives.
Anything of any worth will become a wash out.
I suspect a vulture will take on said 'promising' ipr.

This company is imo going to be affiliated with the bogus covid companies (albeit some hold promise) that politicians had their hand in and their mates.
Look at treatments not questionable testing.
Shocking misdirection.

The company certainly has an interesting portfolio of products. If they can upscale and improve take up, could be a juicy target. It wouldn’t surprise me if Rees does a deal whereby he gets to stay on as ceo. That’s something else he has form for. I should add it to the list:

1) settling company-threatening lawsuits: DONE
2) burning through cash reserves to point of bankruptcy: TO DO
3) do deal to stay on as ceo when rescued by white knight takeover: TO DO
(And just for good measure…)
4) become ceo of said white knight rescuer: TO DO.

Rinse and repeat.

I can't belive that people on here thought this case was about NCYT getting cash, that was never going to happen.
The fact they got off with paying £5 million rather than £121 million is a cracking result

cash was £40 mill recently add to the business and I believe the market cap today is about £38 million & 55p???

The key thing now is can they turn around the business? I think Ygen will be fundamental to their chances. Where are we with Ranger tech? How is market take up?

NCYT looks to have a lucky escape, IMHO every single penny of tax payer cash should have been taken from these covid grifters. A decent results for ncyt.

DHSC WIN As Tammyrimerman said for years, NCYT will win t with no problem.LOL
Oh he also thought TNT was another safe bet, but wound up last week.
