I'm sure Bob has some reason or whimsical fetish dream that explains why he believes buying a loss making company with delayed results for 300% over the odds is value enhancing for NCYT?
However, as per usual, save ventilating basic blind hope and a rush and push of ramp, no explaining is forthcoming from him why?

In my opinion it looks like the bod trying to justify their existence/relevance/ wages by purchasing replacement turnover they have lost in NCYT very own non covid core business.
Non Covid sales Down from £12 million in 2018 to £6.3 million in most recent FY 22 results and loss making.
Maybe they would be better concentrating on addressing that issue rather than buying more loss making turnover at 3 x value?
