31/1/2023 16:47 | With the greatest of respect mr fisternator, rather than us guessing or debating who what where or the merits of some local welsh paper lol or even debating whether ajan is or not a trustworthy individual, let's wait for the day in court. I'm sure novacyts lawyers are fully aware of his employment, his duties and involvement or not as the case may be. You sir are short and if you want to hold that position for the next 18months, that is down to you and the costs involved. I couldn't care less lol | tomzimerman
31/1/2023 15:34 | Well Mr Tommy, Considering i have not made any claims that he personally interfered with tests designs at any time. I think you are missing the point! He was employed early 2020 months BEFORE the contract was signed with DHSC, those contracts were signed on the basis of REULSTS for the test carried out by the NHS (AHEM) as i Have already covered above. The NHS now claim the test results did not match the performance as far as i understand. Moreover, Even if NCYT had not known about the 'dentist palaver'. The obvious point being the prior scandal at Celixir and the reason why Ncyt would involve themselves with someone associated with Celixir and their exaggerated claims Again, with the greatest of respect, your entire stance here does seems to be actually grounded on "ifs buts and maybe’s". and has been since circa £5 shareprice? aimho #An operations manager is a key part of a management team and oversees high-level HR duties, such as setting training standards They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. They are sometimes known as a chief operating officer or COO. | fisternator
31/1/2023 14:27 | In reply to your message... I'm not privy to any information so I have no idea If it's a strong or weak case. Can only go by what the company rns is relevant so I'd rather not speculate or draw conclusions either way and most definitely wouldn't be drawing my own conclusions based on ifs buts and maybe's. The companies lawyers seem to think it's worth fighting for but they have the full facts which WE DO NOT! Long way off now anyway as it's not being heard until June next year 2024. | tomzimerman
31/1/2023 14:20 | With the greatest of respects, can you clarify your comments regarding Ajan Reginald and the relevance to this particular case that's being taken to court in 2024. From memory he wasn't even employed by the company during the time when the contract was signed and joined some 6 months later. So I'm not really sure why you feel it relevant to even mention it. | tomzimerman
31/1/2023 13:15 | Novacyt Legal team seem to think the case is worth going to court in 2024. Everything else is pure speculation, hence it's going to court lol both sides think they have a valid case and require a judge to decide. End of message | tomzimerman
31/1/2023 11:56 | Claim "The market cap is 50 million". Fact -correct Claim "Cash burn likely to be very low going forward" Fact -most is fixed costs/wage bill and research who are they sacking and admin will likely increase due to legal bill.? Claim "legal fees in such commercial disputes do not have to be high " Fact - A completely no-sense claim as you are not aware of the costs and equally i could offer a likewise nonsense statement suggesting they will be a lot higher in this case. Claim (in this case DHSC) that has the hard work supporting its claim against the company. Fact Totally unsubstantiated blue-sky hearsay and without any logic or common sense. I am more than satisfied the Government ahs a very strong case against NCYT You may well wish to do a little research on this man. He formed my main motivation to short from 1050p HE worked at NCYT at the testing co Operating and Technical Officer through the pandemic. 2020 aimho | fisternator
31/1/2023 11:31 | Market cap is 50m. Cash burn likely to be very low going forward. legal fees in such commercial disputes do not have to be high as it boils down to determining if the contract was adhered to. Also, it is the claimant (in this case DHSC) that has the hard work supporting its claim against the company. The latter must simply deflect the claims. Deflecting the claim will result in the company keeping its large net cash pile | dealy
31/1/2023 11:00 | By the time the court case comes around on a pro-rata basis the cash figure will be £21 million lower and also add in the millions of legal fees on top. Bucket case, no prospect no hope and a cupboard full of something of the night that will surely come out if it ever gets to court; aimho. | fisternator
31/1/2023 10:54 | No they did not make £38 million profit this year. Full year 21 rns 28/4/22 Loss £28.974 million Half year 22 rns 29/8/22 Loss £ 8.6 milliom cash burn per year 21/22 £14.7 million Adim costs per year/month as per H1 results 29/9/22 £8.172 million year or £681k per month '''''''''''''''''''' Ch1ck30 Jan '23 - 11:55 - 67923 of 67932 0 2 1 Let’s not forget they made 38 million pounds of profit this year which was very weak for them and a case win would be 40 million plus costs and interest. A wife of a settlement or another product coming to market and this doubles. Just on its cash value it’s 40 to 50 percent lower than FAIR value. I have re bought the shares sold after the last peak | fisternator
