Let's not forget they made 38 million pounds of profit this year which was very weak for them and a case win would be 40 million plus costs and interest.A wife of a settlement or another product coming to market and this doubles. Just on its cash value it's 40 to 50 percent lower than FAIR value.I have re bought the shares sold after the last peakONE FOR THE BRAVE or very savvy

This from around the time it happened. The dhs said it was always looking at ways to mitigate financial implications and recuperate any costs for scaling down or not proceeding with any contracts.
It is only sensible that we keep all our contractual arrangements under contiouis review to ensure we have the right system for the long term and proceed with contracts which feed the needs of service.

Or in this case go chinese rubbish tests and screw over some of aims growing biotech companies and put them back so far that some might never recover. The tories were shameless at the time. And m.h was to busy groping a bottom to care less about the corona virus and britians smaller biotech companies. Come on Ncyt. Put it in the public domain.

Just looked back at previous announcements: the initial claim for 134m was made by DHSC. The company then made a counter claim of 81m. So we have a dispute.The court case will deal with both the claim and the counter claim. It is running its normal course although the delay is a disgrace.Delays generally favour the defence (in this case the company) because it takes the wind out of the claim. Dhsc will be advised to settle because government agencies are generally useless at forcing claims

2 scenarios here imo:a) time works in favour of the company and the potential liability becomes harder to crystallise b) it gets settled out of court in the next few weeksEither way, this will still leave the company having substantial net cash

It's ncyt. The government are trying to hide a scandal. The use of chinese tests that were sent to the usa and come back to England with nhs printed on them. In one hospital a doctor had to use four to get the right result. A positive. The whole lot stinks. And the delayed court case just adds to the smell.

2024 Omg jeeze that's a long wait for shorts. lots can happen in nearly a year and a half, hopefully by then we would have a new ceo and or maybe a nice acquisition or two to slot alongside our existing busines!Shareholder can dream whilst you hang on.
