At these levels any news is going to have a bigger % effect. A lft test with consistent and a higher percentage of correct readings would double the share price. Astra zeneca sit in the background and have no value?? Of course they have..

In normal circumstances a normal government would be liaising with a company that has a world class portfolio of corona virus products.
Instead it meets them through a dispute that they made. I do feel sorry for the general public that take the government statements at face value
Let's hope that this new damage can be fixed without too much public harm.

Does it now look like that the move into the states is to counter the reliance on a government that now cannot be trusted.
We know we gave an american o.e.m and a large global pharma in america. Top management is now being put into place as well as new distributers.
That novacyt have had to fight the government to pay its Bill's has probably added urgency and may even be for diplomacy during the contract dispute.. the inability of the government to acknowledge novacyts existence must get g.m very annoyed when he dislikes inferior products that he will not market.
Look at the broader picture and you could see manufacturing appear in the usa. This will have been put there by the boris Johnson government and its love of cheap.

8000 infections for today perhaps. This numbers will start to affect other numbers.. 10 deaths yesterday.
This is not doom mongering.. my faith in the government disappeared with the importing of cheap chinese tests and the refusal to pay novacyt the money for the products they developed with the help from the likes of astra zeneca to fight the virus. Chinese tests labbeled nhs is deplorable. If they have to delay the lockdown it will focus peoples minds on the recent mistakes that have led to this rise in infections when the government nearly had it in the bag. They should have stopped using the tests that does not pick up the all infectious people. 8,000 to 9000 infected today?

1,500 approx new infections yesterday. How many today.. reduced levels of sickness is no reason for letting the virus back in.
