Is this the last of the PIBs and Prefs yielding over 7%?

I see it has started to move again perhaps in anticipation of the BOE rate decision on the 19th or perhaps just due to its relative price to the majority/rest of the market

Either way the 5yr chart is beginning to paint a nice picture

If an offer is made to buy them back, that's probably what it would take today for Notts to have a hope of extinguishing them

107.2p quoted on the bid, yield should move down shortly towards something under 7%. 115p sooner than later imo.

I note that Newcastle pibs trade at 7% today. Nottingham needs to trade at 112p to match Newcastle. That said, the risk premium is better with Nottingham, so technically, it should trade at a slight premium to Newcastle. Say 115p

Yes, who can say, but the superior tax treatment of them must make it worth holding them in the event they do make a proposal as the capital gain will be free from tax.

I thought it would be helpful to create a thread about these before they are inevitably taken out for a premium and consigned to the history books of extinction
