Genesis Housing and Notting Hill Housing amalgamation

Notting Hill Housing Trust has today [3 April 2018] completed an amalgamation with Genesis Housing Association Limited under Section 109 of the Co-Operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.

The new entity is a community benefit society, is called Notting Hill Genesis and has registration number 7746.

Kate Davies will be Chief Executive, with Elizabeth Froude as Deputy Chief Executive and Dipesh Shah (OBE) as Chair.

GenFinance II Plc (issuer of GBP250 million in debt securities at 6.064% dated 2039) will be a subsidiary of Notting Hill Genesis.

Notting Hill Housing Trust obligations have become obligations of Notting Hill Genesis.

An update for investors will be placed on the Notting Hill Genesis website shortly and a further RNS notice will be sent at the time.
