   NORTHERN INVESTORS COMPANY PLC (the "Company") 
 
   Application for cancellation of listing of Shares 
 
   Further to the announcement on 11 December 2018, following the approval 
of the special resolution at the General Meeting, in accordance with the 
details set out in the circular published by the Company on 16 November 
2018 (the "Circular"), the Company has applied for the listing of its 
Shares on the Official List and trading on the Main Market of the London 
Stock Exchange to be cancelled with effect from 8.00 am on 12 December 
2018.
