Let’s just hope the momentum continues, they are now focusing on the core business, if they can get a result with the remaining part of Tasman all the better. Results will show an exceptional writedown on the value of Tasman, but that is history, and the future looks more and more promising.

Following exec Chairman Peter Harris last week, came news today that super smart investor, Christopher Mills of Harwood Capital had also bumped up his stake from 22.6% to 24.1%.

Saying to me Northbridge stock is heading higher (& possible much higher) over the next few years.

Agreed robert : with an update on positive trading plus intention to change name and pay a dividend, Northbridge has set out detailed plans for expanding Crestchic at a Capital Markets Event. Note Director buying too.

Excellent capital markets event. Massive potential for Cresthic with new management in place and strong balance sheet. Operational gearing will feed through to bottom line. Still expect corporate action in 12-18 months

Things have moved on considerably since then, net debt of £1m as opposed to net debt of £4.5m announced recently.

Understand the negative comments from no doubt bruised shareholders but that period is over. The turnaround has happened and now we can all look forward to strong growth at Cresthic with massive operational gearing. That's why Harwood will continue to build stake to 30% methinks.

This thread will soon need a name change. New note out from Equity Development after Northbridge's positive update on trading in 2021 with 20% y-o-y growth at Crestchic + contracts exchanged to sell bulk of Tasman.
Analyst excited by prospects and for now conservatively retains a 189p fair value/share.
