So all the gains of the year now given up, pathetic sums it up, a company that you have to question the awful operation by management.

Relax ... value will emerge once Tasman is sold. Cresthic will be on the Aggreko buyers radar for sure

The drop, gaps have to be filled, and with Tasman not attracting any tangible offers NBI will be keeping it.

...."...that that is half of what this about"

that for me doesn't make much sense

This could easily gap down to £1 to close the gap from April, there to be filled, that that is half of what this about.

I had thought that Tasman was quite active along the east coast of Auz.
& a depot at Darwin in the north 'if' my memory is correct

various gas projects are in the east of Auz I think I remember

while Perth was phps busier for the sector of off shore drilling exploration which has virtually ended phps since its not viable imo at this price for oil

imo Crestchic ideally wants any Tasman sale to produce a chunk of cash to pay off plc debt & hence give Crestchic more freedom for expansion overseas such as in USA

how big is the debt now ?
was it 3million from the 4m of Conv debt that was paid back , + 800k !!?? ffs !, using new higher bank debt ?

Exactly BG and do we think those things are conducive to our investment actually realizing it’s potential.

deanowls - frankly it doesn't matter what I think. Surely as investors, don't we all want the best for the business?

Imagine still scrutinising potentials offers, I’m guessing they are pretty derisory, and in that case NBI would be better holding on to the business. With the restrictions in NSW and QLD quite acute in the major cities I imagine this could have some effect on operations. Although I think their main ops. are Victoria and Western Australia. Nonetheless most of the goodwill has been written down in Tasman, so anything might surprise. Crestchic is the future, but anything returned from Tasman would be a bonus.

So do you believe as an investor in the company Brummy git that that deal was well communicated, disclosed, in your interests and fair?

seems ironic or comical that the MD decides he is old & should retire

to be replaced by his closest mate on the bod who is perhaps ~7-10 years older !!

------

& we can note that the ex-MD gets to stick his hand in shareholder cash pot with a loss of office payment (when he could have given 6-12 months notice & taken no loss of office pay off)

& then, surprise surprise his best mate on the bod gets to do the same & put his hand in the shareholders' cash,
perhaps 1 year of work & £1/2 million renumeration !! if he gets a loss of office payment.

Will there be anything left for shareholders after paying 800k penalty to Gresham for paying back the borrowed money . wtf !

----

maybe mortgage lenders could try the same trick
pay off your mortgage & you have to pay a 25% penalty of the loan !!

If Robertspc1 opinion come to be, all the plc did was was fatten the Directors.

Are there not any honest ones around these days, or are we all going the way of the States !!!

If the CEO got a Sterling 200-300k payoff, it is not that large, ironically he will only gain from his shares now that he is not calling the shots, anyway all his "shots" and choice of Managers were big mistakes.
