Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that on 29 January 2021 it purchased 4,665 Ordinary Shares of 5p each for cancellation at a price of 3,845.36p each.
Following this purchase the Company's issued share capital consists of 14,024,518 ordinary shares with voting rights.
The above figure ( 14,024,518 Ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
