Publication of Secondary Trading Prospectus in Australia
Norseman Gold Plc ("Norseman" or "Company") announces that it has today published a prospectus in Australia required under the Corporations Act 2001 to remove any secondary trading restrictions on the first tranche of ordinary shares issued by Norseman pursuant to the placing of 625,000,000 new ordinary shares announced on 20 July 2012.
Application has been made for 73,830,333 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 26 July 2012.
