Casey and Moulton must see a lot of potential, to put in £1M each of their own cash.

geoffsh spread may wide as not many shares in existence due to consolidation, lots of money has been put in so the next 6 -12 months might be interesting

Thanks for that 4screws. I originally bought shares in Upton and Southern back in 1998 and talked to Andrew Garner at an annual general meeting at the Upton store in Middlesbrough.Eventually got out of Constallation having lost a good part of my investment.Always kept an eye on them and invested recently again, because their prospects now look potentially exciting. The other big recruiters seem to be very positive for prospects looking towards the next couple of years. The large spread is very off putting, but with the very small amount of shares on the market, tightly held, these could move up very fast as was shown recently. The Lloyds placement will certainly add to their reputation and profits.

I bought before the results only a small amount, disappointed the stock is so illiquid, I liked the results but don't like feeling trapped, first opportunity to sell over 100 I'll be out.

I use Halifax online, they're not great but they allow fixed price buy and sell orders valid for however many weeks or months you state. They notify you when they've executed the deal on your behalf. I think other online brokers offer similar.

Trouble is, sometimes you set an order to last, say, 3 months and some really good news might come out but they will still sell your stock for you at the agreed price. Can be annoying to see it rocket upwards afterwards.

How does one bide one's time when one trades through
and execution broker that only excepts limit orders
during the trading day and then lapses them?

Is there such a broker to whom one can say I'd
like to sell/buy thses at price x whenever and if
ever it gets there???

I think the bulk of the shares are with directors and institutions so there isn't much trading, that's the problem with illiquid stocks like this, small transactions can move it either way and big spreads. But that doesn't reflect the value of the company. I've got a couple of other stocks like it, one being STAF which is a great co but try buying or selling when you want to. You have to bide your time.

Earnings per share of 32.84p (2009: loss per share of 28.45p).
so does this meaning they will soon pay a dividend.

4screws, I don't currently hold but have been watching, their half year has been good and 2nd half expected better, I can see your point about the share price and now they want approval to be able to issue fresh equity without shareholder referral, reasons given. But recruitment generally is on the up, why wouldn't you stay on board? If the directors do want to take the company private at some point, they will have to buy out private investors and if the numbers are good the price should be higher?

In addition, it is anticipated that the Company will be releasing its
half-yearly results for the six month period to 30 June 2010 on 14 September
2010.

Since consolidiation, with new teAM AND NEW CASH THE SHARE PRICE HAS ACTUALLY DROPPED... although for the investment team who camme in they are sitting on a large percentage increase...so shareholders once again have been rightt royally sha....d....fill in the blanks.

Does anyone actually see all the changes we have gone through as a reason to stay on board, or are the board hopoing that private investors just sell up as they move to take the company private....
