Nord Anglia Education PLC ("Nord Anglia"), the education and training company,
is holding a site visit today for institutional investors and analysts at its
new international school, in Warsaw, Poland.


Nord Anglia's International Schools offer a British-style education to
expatriate children and, in some countries, to indigenous families. In addition
to its 12 UK schools, the Group operates nine schools in Central and Eastern
Europe and the Far East. The Board believes that there are excellent
opportunities for further growth of the International Schools business both in
existing and new markets.


The International Schools are a key growth area for the Company. Turnover has
grown by 29% and contribution by 49% during the last 12 months. Nord Anglia
currently has three locations in Warsaw catering for 450 students.


On 5 September 2003, Nord Anglia announced that it proposes to raise #10 million
(#9.3 million net of expenses) by means of a Placing and Open Offer.
Simultaneously, Nord Anglia announced the acquisition of an operator of nine
nursery units across South West London and Surrey for a total consideration of
#3.2 million. The fundraising, which has been fully underwritten by Brewin
Dolphin Securities, is due to complete on 30 September 2003.


Additionally, Nord Anglia announced a restructuring of the Group, which will
focus the business on the three core areas that have the greatest growth
potential - Outsourcing, Nurseries and Schools.


On 5 September, the Group commented that since the announcement of its interim
results, trading has been in line with the Board's expectations, and as a
result, the Directors expect to report a satisfactory result for the year ended
31 August 2003.


Nord Anglia intends to issue its full year figures for the year ended 31 August
2003 in November 2003.
