                              Notifiable Interest


The Company was notified today that following the sale of 34,873 ordinary shares
in the Company Newton Investment Management Limited currently has a notifiable
interest in 2,910,796 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately
13.90 per cent of the issued share capital of that class.


The Company was also notified that within the above holding, the Newton Exempt
Fund (AAM1) holds 1,785,016 ordinary shares representing 8.52 per cent of the
issued share capital of that class, and Newton UK Smaller Companies Fund (AAM3)
holds 708,699 ordinary shares representing 3.38 per cent of the issued share
capital of that class.
