Nord Anglia Education plc (the "Company")


Grant of Options


The Company announces that on 11 June 2003 it granted options over ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company to various directors under the terms of the
Nord Anglia Education PLC unapproved discretionary share option scheme. Lorene
Simpson, Finance Director, and David Johnson, Managing Director, have been
granted options to acquire 50,000 shares each. Andrew Fitzmaurice, Chief
Executive has been granted an option to acquire 181,819 shares. All of these
options have been granted at an exercise price of 165p per ordinary share for
nil consideration.


The Company also announces that on 11 June 2003 it also granted an option to
Andrew Fitzmaurice, under the terms of the Nord Anglia Education PLC approved
discretionary share option scheme, to acquire 18,181 shares at an exercise price
of 165p per ordinary share for nil consideration.
