 NORD ANGLIA SPLITS ROLE OF CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE TO FURTHER STRENGTHEN
                                     BOARD

                         NEW CEO JOINS FROM easyCar.com



Nord Anglia Education PLC ("Nord Anglia" or the "Group"), the specialist
provider of education and related educational services, is delighted to announce
a strengthening of its Board with the appointment of Andrew Fitzmaurice as its
new Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 28 April 2003.

Kevin McNeany, the current Chairman and Chief Executive, will continue in his
role as Executive Chairman.  Following Andrew Fitzmaurice's appointment, the
Group's Executive Board will comprise Kevin McNeany (Chairman), Andrew
Fitzmaurice (Chief Executive Officer), David Johnson (Group Managing Director)
and Lorene Simpson (Group Finance Director).

Andrew Fitzmaurice (42) has spent the last  three years as Chief Executive of
easyCar.com. During this time, the company has evolved from a business concept
plan to a successful organisation, which now has over 50 sites and a fleet of
approximately 8,000 vehicles across Europe. easyCar has quickly grown into a
successful player in the car rental market and is on track for a planned IPO
during 2004.  In this CEO role Andrew Fitzmaurice has been responsible for the
financial development of easyCar.com, investor relations and the strategic
development and positioning of the business.

Prior to his most recent position, Andrew Fitzmaurice spent thirteen years at
TNT Express UK where he rose to Divisional Managing Director responsible for a
#80 million turnover business. Andrew spent a significant amount of his time at
TNT responsible for the creation and growth of new companies. One of the
businesses that Andrew created was TNT Mail Services, a major provider of mail
and document management services to the public and private sector.

Andrew Fitzmaurice has a BSc (Hons) Economics from the University of Cardiff.

Commenting on this appointment, Kevin McNeany, Chairman of Nord Anglia said: "I

been seeking to strengthen our Board for some time and I am delighted that such
a high calibre and motivated individual as Andrew has agreed to join us. The

Andrew's corporate and strategic experience will complement the current team's
skill sets and ambitions."

Commentating on his appointment, Andrew Fitzmaurice said:  "The role of CEO at
