Why is this only 55% down? Doesn't the rns say option 1 is total insolvency and holders get nothing and option 2 is the transfer of the business to secured lenders where holders ultimately get effectively nothing?

I’m not sure what “negligible value” means, but it dosen’t sound like its a lot.

Plan is to relist on AIM, which sounds a lot like an IPO. Wait for that and stick a short position on it IMO.
