London, 29(th) May 2019 NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 19 countries, announces that on 29(th) May 2019, Dr C R Shetty (Group Medical Director), exercised nil-cost share options over 11,052 shares, granted to her in 2017 under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP").

Following this transaction, Dr Shetty has an interest over a total of 40,141,348

shares, including shares currently held by her spouse, Dr B R Shetty, representing approximately 19.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
