Karateboy, no I don't knowingly Support crooks😂 if I or indeed any of the shareholders had known the shetty crew were going to do this we would not have invested ☹️
But yes you are correct legal action is starting which is good I hope, we will just have to be patient I guess but not easy when you have a large chunk or indeed all of your money in this mess 😉👍

Quids boy, you have no shares here . Only sick people with no money but plenty of time spend their times on things which is not their business. Nothing has changed, we have to wait and see what administrator saying in June, then long litigation against fraudulent people who took the company to this point. Already started against DR Shetty and his family and business associates...I wonder what you do if share holders Get their money back through courts,...I guess you aNd few others sick people suffer in silence. If any shareholder thinks they can retrieve any value from the crooks that ran this shambles they are sadly mistaken.

Shareholders are absolute bottom of the heap when it comes to distributing any residual value in a collapsed business.

HL have dropped my nmc holding price to 10p from 938p ☹️€546;
Looking at my portfolio, it feels very much like the hangman has pulled the lever for the trap door ??
The light at the end of the tunnel seams to be a flickering candle 😢😢

Nominal share price is the paid up share capital i.e. the amount of money the company received for the shares when it issued the shares. Sometimes the company can receive more than its nominal value i.e. in circumstances of rights issues or options. In this case the is called share premium and is expressed in the accounts as such. This is not necessarily cash always kept in the bank by the company as the company will use this capital (that's what it's for). Shares change hands between holders for higher or lower than the nominal value but this difference is between the individuals and not the company.
