I think the stock is going down as investors are starting to realize that URU way of raising cash at a "premium" reminds a lot of what CloudTag did to push their share price. Than CloudTag tried to raise a lot of capital when the stock had peaked. We all know what happen....share suspension etc..

Anyone who can read an annual report will see that there is no fundamental valuation support for the current share price in URU.

Backward: how can I take you seriously when you have clearly not researched this company and need constant reassurance as to the value of this company! I am not here to do your research for you if you are too lazy to research yourself! You clearly want in badly at 2.5 but have no idea why the value exists so why buy at all? Do yourself a favour and research Properly before even buying in at 2.5

Also I would rather trust directors who are obviously in the know about potential deals like Lithium etc who actually buy substantial amounts of shares then some opportunistic chancer trying to get the gullible on here to sell so he can desperately buy in!
