04/3/2014 12:37 | Read through Minesite December 2013 Presentation this morning...worth a read on kind of newsflow on the horizon on all 3 assets. | treacle32
04/3/2014 12:33 | Ready to breakout.... | treacle32
04/3/2014 12:32 | Back in with 350,000 shares at 1.28p having enjoyed the ride from 1.85p to 3.00p last time. Seems ready to breakout to the upside. All MMs v.high on offer. XCAP alone on the offer got bit more to shift - all trades at 1.20p are buys. | treacle32
03/3/2014 21:49 | Did not realise after CEO left URU, Subotic resigned from NWT Interesting post on Stockhouse BB March 11 Shareholders Meeting Where is the circular for the meeting..? What is the proposed new biz plan? NWT' s 50% owned subsidiary URU reported cash of $874k on Sept 30, 2013 with trade payables of $374k for net $500k cash. Allowing for operating costs of $222k in the following 6 months they may have $278k of cash. NWT on Nov 29 reported cash of $5.3mm BUT $2mm has been forfeited to Cypress (the cash disclosure is not very clear on cash...). So cash at Nov 29 was approx. $3,300 and making an allowance for operating costs through March 2014 of $250k could only be $3mm. The burn rate of being two public companies (est. $1mm/year) is a huge percentage of their collective cash...it would be absurd given their track records of value "creation" to think they can raise money...cash going to zero? 18/2/2014 22:31 | You won't see that muppet already moved on. Getting crushed in his current T trade on EVO as he bought, ramped and then got impaled by a major seller dumping in the middle of his T trade ramp campaign. Hilarious. That after he was 300% out on his other big play SNAK where he dreamt for months of a 60p takeout and its currently still just 15p | stockonomist
18/2/2014 19:55 | price crash where are you treacle32 | treade32
19/1/2014 09:03 | The second sister of doom in the Q and K double act returns. More unsubstantiated speculation about the future of the company. Do tell the BB what you have heard and from whom. | 888icb
19/1/2014 07:23 | Yes I hear its very very sad news I'm afraid IMO. | quilarvium
17/1/2014 08:52 | URU is running out of cash fact!Sooner or later they will need a cash call, they have no work on as they say and you can't keep paying a redundant workforce without cash.Uranium has not flowed and gold is heading for a thousand dollars. Betting on small mining minnows with rudderless ships who captain has abandoned ship is akin to complete and utter suicide!IMO I think everyone should sell before they cash call a just before they hit 0.75p. | kendonagasaki
15/1/2014 23:34 | You fail to understand the difference between fact and speculation. You have no knowledge of why Roger decided to move to another company. Your view is that the company is doomed so why don't you saddle up,ride off this BB and take your speculation somewhere else. | 888icb
15/1/2014 23:12 | Sorry, I forgot my Yeeeahhhh HAAUWWW! | kendonagasaki
15/1/2014 23:09 | The facts IMO are that an experienced CEO of a rather small minnow of a company such as URU saw no future potential in staying put and building roots! This does not bode well for me! He has saddled up on the best horse he could find in the URU stable and skidadelled out of town before the sheriff came on moysying into town. It's time to spit the tobacco out and chew reality if you want my opinion. This is overvalued as a penny share! No 3.5p to come no way! no how and for nobody! | kendonagasaki
15/1/2014 22:41 | Roger Lemaitre was well paid but he had no shares only options that would give him 0.44% of the company. So he was never going to make a fortune. He was well paid to do a job and has now moved on. URU still has it's assets and opportunities. I see no point in negative speculation just stick to facts. | 888icb
15/1/2014 21:44 | Now call me naughty if you must but URU may be subject very soon to a cash injection sooner rather than later!Me I'm not investing one iota into this cash shell of a failure.I would however, in my professional opinion advise all who enter into this dragons den be vary wary of having your good hard earnt cash evaporate into the boulders of a promised dream that will never be a reality! Thus is now less than a penny share IMO! | kendonagasaki
15/1/2014 21:37 | Yes I'm on the verge of making millions and millions of dollars with URU and I leave. May I be permitted to add his new salary is not a huge financial gain compared to what URU were paying? Common sense is always void when one is looking for the simple truth?URU were and are simply not going to cut the aforesaid wedding cake any time soon! Not in my lifetime anyhow!! | kendonagasaki
14/1/2014 11:32 | Roger Lemaitre has been appointed President and CEO of UEX Corp which is a TSX listed Uranium Exploration and Developement company with a Market Cap of Cad 88 Million. Looks a good job with a larger company to me. The announcement of his new job refers to his previous job at URU. So no reason to assume there is some lurking problem at URU was my point. | 888icb
14/1/2014 09:26 | Yes I'm sure?Is that why Rodger left? | kendonagasaki
01/1/2014 14:01 | It is obviously highly likely that someone of Rogers calibre will be headhunter by another company. URU's assets remain in place following recent positive news. I can only hope that the people posting about impending disaster have sold,if they ever held, and will take their professional opinions to another board. People move because they find or are offered what they see as a better opportunity elsewhere. There is no basis in fact for the pure speculation that there is a serious problem with the company's prospects. | 888icb
01/1/2014 08:27 | In my professional opinion one does not just resign to pursue a career else where unless one knows something is not quite right! Good luck Rodger URU is nothing but a rudderless ship heading no where but to the rocks without your guidance. Why did you want yo leave old chap?Nueutlin must have come up dry? Sweden too expensive? Enjoy your last week and good luck. | kendonagasaki
01/1/2014 08:19 | 2014 the year URU fell through an abyss and was never to be seen or heard of again. | kendonagasaki
30/12/2013 09:14 | Looks like curtains to me. Another desperate fund raising on the cards or insolvency IMO. | quilarvium
18/12/2013 10:22 | Might be desperately trying to sell before he comments. | stockonomist
18/12/2013 10:20 | Hey stocky! Do you reckon the count who can't count is counting his dwindling fortune today? | quilarvium
18/12/2013 10:15 | If there was all that potential uranium and gold and oil extraction Rodger would not be leaving URU its a fact straight and simple. When he got there the cupboard was bare? The ship is sinking and this time another round of fun raising will just not do. | quilarvium |
