Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that it was notified on 17 May 2021 that Andrew Milne, PDMR and Group Chief Executive Officer, exercised options over 3,502 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 May 2021, under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"), at an exercise price of nil pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above transaction, Andrew Milne's interest in the Company is 6,890 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.019% of the issued share capital.
