Their chosen broker likely has 10% in stock purchased at knock down prices to sell back to the company at a nice profit. Thought the steep fall and rapid recovery was odd but now all is clear. Anyhow good news for those who weathered it and hopefully the price can rise after this buyback is complete. |
Posted at 17/1/2024 08:40 by nchanning Mr Jayal if the share price doesn't react to this news , it's an incredible opportunity for the company to start buying back its own shares . It's not an admission of defeat or a sign of lack of ambition . When your shares trade this cheaply and you have a big cash pile it's just the best way to create shareholder value . There is no chance of finding a decent sized acquisition at a better valuation (adjusted for cash )than Nexteq's own shares |

Posted at 13/8/2023 15:30 by nchanning Trading on a cash adjusted PE around 10 after a big fall from the highs on what was essentially an in-line trading statement . If it can demonstrate some reliable revenue growth and margins keep recovering this could easily trade on 15-20 earnings whilst compounding EPS in the mid teens . A bargain price for a company that could easily become a stock market darling again |
