Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 30 June 2023 its total issued share capital consists of 590,480,019. Ordinary Shares, each with equal voting rights.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 590,480,019. Shareholders should use this number as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

NESF is a specialist solar+ fund listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250. NESF's investment objective is to provide ordinary shareholders with attractive risk-adjusted returns, principally in the form of regular dividends, by investing in a diversified portfolio of utility-scale solar energy and energy storage infrastructure assets. The majority of NESF's long-term cash flows are inflation-linked via UK government subsidies.
The NESF portfolio has a combined installed power capacity of 865MW (excluding NextPower III MW on an equivalent look-through basis).
