The Board of Newfound N.V. ("Newfound" or "the Company") today announces that
William Thompson, SVP Business Development, is leaving the Company with
immediate effect and has resigned his directorships. Mr Thompson's shareholding
in the Company remains the same and existing restrictions on the disposal of
shares remain in effect.
