Posted at 29/4/2009 13:16 by harmoye Can't be many shares in circulation for share price to rise on such low trading. Most shareholders are holding tight it seems.Ignore ADVFN, this share is traded in UK pounds/Pence |
Posted at 09/4/2009 14:10 by robbie12 As predicted.Robbie12 - 13 Nov'07 - 10:59 - 35 of 39 edit Been to Ocean Edge in St Kitts - horrible site - atlantic coast with huge rollers coming in, down from the Marriott hotel - hideous great thing - and by the main road on the way down to the south coast which is about to be developed. So the road will get VERY busy. Amazed they have sold over 60 of 200. Pinney's Beach on the other hand is a great spot, just down from the Four Seasons - beachfront land there has seriously taken off in price so they should have done well. Humber Valley - no idea - never been there - but seem to be alot of these sorts of developments going up all over the shop in Canada. I guess that is why it is struggling. If they really need cash - sell St Kitts and Humber and keep Nevis. The crown jewel is Nevis - problem is if they have a quick sale of their prime asset (Nevis) - all they will be doing is robbing Peter to pay Paul. Canada and St Kitts - will bleed this company dry. Take 15p now while you can in my opinion. |

Posted at 09/5/2007 08:09 by hamsterwheel Interesting results - I suspect the price crash in recent months has been caused by uncertainty over the results. Now that is cleared up, these should begin to zoom. |
Posted at 01/5/2007 12:37 by recruiter well I am out. Sold @ 45p, couldnt even get bid price. They obviously dont want them.I'll keep watching. |
Posted at 21/3/2007 10:25 by recruiter hence the fall back & why you can buy lower than the aim admission price. Those results are history, its what will come that could be exciting, i.e. the Nevis resort. |
Posted at 21/3/2007 10:23 by maximoney1 Eps looked like it was going to be a lot lower than expected forecast???A lot of promise, but perhaps going to take just a bit longer to mature. LONDON (AFX) - Newfound NV said it expects 2006 operating profits before exceptional items to be not less than 6 mln usd, but added that its earnings per share for the year will be significantly below expectations on different profit mix. "The profit mix is different than we had anticipated, with a greater proportion coming from the Pinney's Estate Resort (75 pct-owned) and less from the Humber Valley Resort (100 pct-owned), creating a higher minority charge," Newfound said in a trading update. The AIM-listed upmarket holiday resorts operator said its new development, Pinney's Estate Resort in Nevis, had got off to an "excellent start" and has exceeded its expectations, with the initial plots offered selling out in only four weeks. Newfound added that talks were progressing well towards the granting of a hotel concession at Pinney's Estate Resort. |
Posted at 26/1/2007 09:24 by maximoney1 Cheers for the info tony...TONY5000 - 22 Dec'06 - 08:32 - 18 of 18 Apparently broker Collins Stewart have a current NAV per share of 121p. Pre tax forecasts for this year are US$8.5m, rising to US$43.1m next year and US$72.2m in 2008. At an exchange rate of 1.9617 this equates to pre tax of £4.33m, £21.97m and £36.8m respectively. According to Investorease there are 70.89m shares in issue and current market cap at a mid share price of 70p is £49.62m. Assuming a tax rate of 30% this would give EPS of 4.27p, 21.69p and 36.33p and PE's of 16.39, 3.23 and 1.92 respectively. Obviously DYOR to confirm. Company is a bit thin on newsflow at the moment having only floated in Sep 06 and current PR seems low key. Recent director buy also over £900k already communicated to market. As soon as this company starts making a few noises and confirming results on track then the share price should start to gain some momentum - all IMHO,DYOR. |
