The board of Newfound N.V. ("Newfound" or the "Company")
today announces that Brian Dobbin, President, is leaving the Company effective
December 31, 2007 and will be resigning his Newfound directorships, to pursue
personal interests.  His shareholdings in the Company are unaffected and
existing restrictions on the disposal of shares remain in effect.
