More from the Middle East and the UAE. "Abu Dhabi has meanwhile announced that "all economic, tourism, cultural and entertainment activities in the emirate" will fully resume in two weeks due to the success of measures introduced to lower infection rates"

Must be the most violatile share in the FTSE350.

Surprised the directors don't buy more shares for the economic recovery ahead.Make some money and perhaps calm the share swings down.

Been away from shares for a while but following NETW in the background since 220p. The Saudi's it would appear might be in market for the Pfizer vaccine having just given it a rubber stamp. When you are an oil rich country you get to buy most things that are needed. I would be particularly interested to know how long it would take to set up their own manufacturing plant or to modify existing facilities?

It looks like the share price is manipulated by the bots, every morning the transactions show similar pattern. And as you said the volume is very low.

They buy more in the market than they need to cover their short and / or they can go "long" on a spreadbet. Interesting fall this morning that is not accompanied by any volume. Managed to get a few more for myself. DPO deal news is getting closer and two good new appointments to the Board yesterday.

Most though seem to be under water as the share price is above what it was on the day of the latest declarations. It makes me think that they are shorting to actually go long. I'd be interested to know what interest rate they have to pay for what is effectively loaned out stock?

Don't know if truly comparable, but Adyen (ADYEN.AS) trades on 268x trailing 12 months P/E multiple! Makes this look a tad undervalued...

brain I fully expect this to be above 400p when we complete the DPO deal which is scheduled to complete before year end. That should position us well going into any recovery.

Ultimately several vaccines are all coming onstream now so all will return to normal by summer at the latest. Upon which Network will be far too cheap.

Let me clarify my comment, regarding 'manipulation', which is just an opinion and might be wrong - I believe it is heavily manipulated by *short sellers*.

From what I see, this is a market leading, solid, well-run and profitable company. I tried hard to find dirt, but there was *none* to be found. Furthermore, there are recent, large buys from respectable funds. At some stage, this stock will burst upwards to 400 and I'm prepared to wait for that, but in the meantime, there are ample opportunities for smaller, opportunistic trades.

The board is very reputable.Chairman Ron Kalifa was the boss of Worldpay.Unlikely to be fraud here.Still expect this to explode and stay above 3 soon.

For what it's worth and from my limited experience with this stock over the past 6-months, there is heavy manipulation here.

The shorters are here for a reason. They tend to strike once the market is weak like today. No doubt they're watching Level 2 for their opportunity.

I know that some people have mentioned that the shorters are pulling back, but I don't see much evidence of that yet. It's still roughly at 5%. I expect they've chosen this stock very carefully, due to the relatively light trading and limited number of shares that change hands. Another explanation is that they know something that we do not, but I think that is unlikely.

I personally don't use any stop-loss on this share, because it's not uncommon for it to rise/drop 10% intra-day. It's a bit like Ted Baker in that regard, but it's a much stronger share of course. I have a large tranche which I'm keeping longer term, but have done many smaller opportunistic trades. It's a bit like fishing. You just need to be patient to wait for the rise/drop.

Hope this helps - dyor.

Good find trev. Unfortunately I got stopped out of 2/3 of my holding this morning at good profit and will look to buy them back when things stabilise a bit. Like so many times here I can find no justification for a fall from nearly 320p yesterday to 280p today and given we will be primary beneficiaries of a return to both online and offline shopping. I think our problem sits with the market makers recycle stock and all those small codes and small trades that we saw earlier today. Anyway they got some of mine but I will buy back at a convenient point or on a concerted 300p breakout.

Africa certainly an interesting e-commerce prospect. While looking at other things I found this - shares in Jumia Technologies (JMIA), an African e-commerce company listed in the US, have risen 268% in 2020.

We should be operating on a different level in Africa when we complete on the DPO acquisition. Some good personnel and operating in high growth potential countries hxxp://www.dpogroup.com/africa/about-us/

A good day today and it is good to have a chartists insight across the back of it. I think that it is the start of a breakout and recovery and in all honesty so far it is only making up a small part of the share price that was stolen all for no apparent reason.
Fantastic value still what with vaccine optimism on so many fronts now only just having started, and also in the knowledge that in the next few weeks NETW should seal its major acquisition with the integration of Direct Payments Organisation (DPO) into the company and which will allow them to vastly expand operations in Africa through a fast growth company. There is a lot more value still to be credited back at some point.

ok, first hurdle decisively dealt with, broken up though the 50DMA level with good volume. Marginal right now, but looks like we are escaping the 4-5 month downtrend, which if confirmed could unlock a significant breakout up towards the 200DMA.
