The following amendment has been made to the "Result of AGM and cancellation of 
listing" announcement released on 30 September 2010 at 1303 under RNS No 5850T. 
The anticipated effective date of the cancellation of listing and admission to 
trading will be 29 October 2010, not 30 October 2010 as stated in the earlier 
announcement. 
All other details remain unchanged.

At the Annual General Meeting held today, all the resolutions were duly passed. 
 
Shareholders approved the special resolution proposing that the listing of 
Ordinary Shares of GBP200 each in the capital of the Company on the Official 
List of the UK Listing Authority and the admission to trading of its shares on 
the London Stock Exchange's main market be cancelled and any Director or the 
Secretary be and are hereby authorised to take all such steps which are 
necessary or desirable in order to effect such cancellation. 
 
Consequently, the Board of Directors of Network Technology PLC announces that it 
has applied to the UK Listing Authority for the cancellation of the Ordinary 
Shares of the Company from the Official List and admission to trading of its 
shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. 
 
It is anticipated that the cancellation of listing and admission to trading will 
take effect from 29 October 2010 (i.e. not less than 20 business days from the 
passing of the special resolution).
