Warburgs upgraded to strong buy

UBS Warburg 5-Jul-02 SBUY w 33.3 w 26.3 w 8.83 2002 estimates
w 33.6 w 26.3 w 9.71 2003 estimates

Only oneway this share is heading and thats up - results announced end of this month and they will be in line with original estimates. Next year sees growth albeit not as was originally expected but growth never the less.

I think at 2003 year, P/E =17, it is still high P/E, if P/E to 12,
may be can buy at share price 200 P .

This is from the DTI statement and I think ot says a lot about Healthcall

"'Healthcall have completed over 80,000 medical assessments.
SchlumbergerSema have shown, with the work they have done on the VWF medical
assessments, that they have the necessary flexible approach in the location of
resources to carry out these assessments and I am looking forward to seeing
continuing success on the respiratory disease claims.'"

Mashman,
I wouldn't rush to buy it now.
This has always been highly rated in a hope that the growth rate would be preserved. Now that the future growth is under question, it will take some time before we can see the previous sort of P/E.

Healthcall have just lost their large contract in our area. Not liked, overpriced with poor services that are heavily under scrutiny. As a previous user have never been impressed. The local co-operatives are fighting them tooth and nail and winning. This will be a weight around Nestor's neck

I imagine they will rapidly compartmentalise Healthcall's various functions, so that the good bits and the less good are separately managed, separately accountable, and then quickly knife any specific parts that don't/won't perform, rather than allowing the Healthcall package as a whole to be tarred while negative aspects are addressed.

That way they can make positive announcements of improvements section by section in separate frequent press releases, whilst limiting and aggregating press releases on the sections still under the knife, creating a more positive overall newsflow balance...

Ain't that the way?
