Bit of short term resistance around 30p, if it can break that then
it looks good for a 10-25% rise thereafter.

Better volume today, maybe some press coverage today, still only .5p higher
to buy than yesterdays open so the bird has still not flown.

Surprised that nobody on advfn have commented on todays results, looks
like another great recovery stock and at the current offer it looks like
it will yield almost 4% if the 0.5p dividend is repeated in H2.

Nestor Healthcare reported a first-half operating profit up 10% to £4.4m despite a fall in revenue to £74.7m from £84.5m.

The operating profit excluded Carewatch, the social care business sold in October. The company said it was continuing steady progress in Social Care, with profits up £0.2m to £4.3m and an improved margin of 8.2% (2008 7.7%).

Primary Care profits were slightly down at £1.7m following the loss of two out-of-hours contracts. However Nestor said the business had extended all of its current contracts and had opened three 'Darzi' centres, with two more due to open this year and next.

The company declared a dividend of 0.5p. No interim dividend was paid in 2008 pending the sale of Carewatch.

Had some of these this morning !

Interim profits of almost 3 mil, paying a dividend, debt coming down.

A repeat performance would be 6 mil profit for 30 mil market cap but
this company can improve and make even more than that.

Looks cheap to me and yields almost 4% if dividend is repeated H2.

yeah but the volume is good - the tick up is that overhang clearing imo, just a matter of time - that chart up there says it's gonna have a go at the recent highs soon too imo.

This share shifts little and will continue to do so until there is some proper news- not just the odd large buy or the odd large sell. Treading water for now with little nearterm upside until??????????

I stuck some of these in the ISA for the medium term in April. , yes, close to breakout. Also very low Alpha to my oil and other commodity holdings.

Nice spot Typo.

These went up 30% on the last volume spike when a overhang cleared. 3 directors picked up 50K each on April 17th - nearly 8 weeks ago which would leave them in the clear of insider dealing if they announce good news soon.

Noticed these starting to flicker and move up yesterday for the first time in ages so suspect that might be a bit of an overhang gone.

29.75p is the recent closing high, 30p is the intraday high, anything over that next week is a breakout.

That 8,370,781 trade is the exact holding declared by UBS yesterday. Have they sold? If so, who has bought? Overhang cleared?
