12/8/2008 10:23 | According to BBC, Interims were due today although NSR website does not give a date in August - something shady going on?? | killieboy
12/8/2008 09:42 | According to Dow Jones newswire we should have had results today from NSR. The fact that we haven't could have spooked a few investors into selling this morning. DJN were also wrong about WNER reporting a trading statement yesterday so they are fallible. | nickcduk
12/8/2008 09:39 | no news in regards of Nestor is bad news!!! anyone hearing anything out there?? share price coming under sig pressure on the lack of news flow...... | bubbleandleek
31/7/2008 13:56 | Has it gone quiet just before the announcement? Investors here have been disappointed before so it could go either way. Any views? | miikke
24/7/2008 23:20 | Its a bit early for news IMHO. Regards. | rafboy
24/7/2008 16:30 | Very quiet before the big announcement? | miikke
24/7/2008 08:36 | Its gone very quiet on the news front from NSR. Is this a good or a bad thing? I suppose time will tell. | miikke
22/7/2008 11:45 | Note the RNS says "indications of interest to certain parts of the business". This is very much plural and indicates to me that there is more than one party interested. Moreover, it seems that they may be interested in different parts of the company. Pure speculation but it does sound as if the current share price is a bargain compared to a sum of the parts valuation. We shall see. Regards. | rafboy
22/7/2008 07:58 | djp how well north do you think it is? | shaid1
22/7/2008 07:55 | LOL nick. Surely a v clear case for FSA to investigate and identify the culprits. So a break up? At least any disposals will seriously cut the debt pile - no bad thing in this mkt. Action today could be interesting. Surely SOTP is well north of here? Ah well, not long to wait. | djpreston
22/7/2008 07:49 | Not sure how market will react to the news. If they get rid of one of their divisions then I am sure interested parties will make a move for the other side. A sum of parts valuation would have to be close to the offers they rejected earlier this year. Glad to see news didn't leak into the market ahead of todays announcement and that insider trading doesn't take place on the UK markets. | nickcduk
22/7/2008 07:23 | So we may see a bit more buying this morning then - regards to all. | rafboy
21/7/2008 17:36 | have to thank M5 for giving me the nod here last week. cheeers mate, and hope you are having a good hol. | shaid1
21/7/2008 16:40 | At what price do people think a bid would suceed? Regards. | rafboy
21/7/2008 16:04 | I hope you are right as we could do with some good news. Regards. | rafboy
21/7/2008 16:00 | djpreston - Ordinarily I would agree about the LSE demanding an announcement. But this is NSR. Don't you remember how badly they behaved when the mail ran the story about bidders pulling out. It took them a good few hours despite the share price being down 30-40%. Happy to proven wrong though. Hopefully with confirmation that a bidder is offering £1+! | nickcduk
21/7/2008 15:54 | Certainly looks like something is happening. RNS tomorrow or even after COP today? We shall see, regards. | rafboy
21/7/2008 15:53 | So consensus estimates are for 6.23p eps this year. Hmmm, 10x that gives a lot of headway. | djpreston
21/7/2008 15:48 | Somehow I think the LSE will be demanding an RNS on this one if it stays up 30% plus. Looks very much like a breakup bid or somesuch. Ah well, I guess Schroders are happy with their buying to average down of course. | djpreston
21/7/2008 15:41 | Could well be but as shareholders in NSR we will tend to be pretty low down the list of those who will find out first. Fingers crossed we have some good news. | nickcduk
21/7/2008 15:37 | Something definitely up it would seem judging by price action. | holmess
15/7/2008 22:50 | Some people might be hoping for something to happen rather than anyhing really happening at the moment. | miikke
15/7/2008 07:51 | Morning, could be right there nickcduk, something is brewing for sure. Lets see what happens today. | m5
14/7/2008 20:58 | Felt like some insider trading kicked in late today. Wouldn't be surprised if we find out why they were buying in the next couple of days. A bidder returning to the table can't be ruled out. | nickcduk
14/7/2008 16:31 | Good afternoon rafboy!!!! | m5 |
