ISSUE OF SHARES

 

Innovative battery materials recycler, Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT & AIM: NMT), announces the issuance of 120,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") to a former employee following the exercise of vested performance rights.

 

Application has been made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with Admission expected to occur on 7 March 2024. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 622,810,316 Ordinary Shares in issue and there are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
