Lovely dividend

It's mystery to me now as it was at the time why they are winding this fund up.

Divi news today….2.3p certainly more than I was expecting (1.48p last Q payout)

Also portfolio update…..can’t be too long before next return of capital

🤞

Funds from 3rd redemption (79.35p) received.
Immediately reinvested @ 72.5p.
NAV remains stable…….latest just over 80p.
Further redemption news likely within the next 4-6 weeks, as well a quarterly divi announcement later this month…IMO

…and a third return of capital / payout announced 👍

79.35p is lower than last 2 redemptions but doesn’t take account of 1.48p divi paid in May….so am pretty happy😀

After two full-value distributions I have cashed this morning at what looks about a 6-7% discount to NAV. Distributing the remainder must be getting harder and it is not clear where residual NAV is heading.

I suspect it could be because the KID has to be relinked as NMBI has a new LSE code after the share redemption a few days ago. Trying giving them a ring.

Re brokers….Very strange that I can’t buy with II on the basis that I already own with my most recent purchase being at the end of last month……all very tedious!!!!

probably selling the easy stuff first?

in any event, when I've tried to buy I can't because the brokers (ii and HL) don't have the KIID on file, anyone have better luck with a different broker?

Recapitalisation today - monies due 31 May.

Wonder if they will do it early like last time.

It does seem to be slowly crawling up. Most of the trades are buys.

In just a few months NBMI have managed to sell 40% of the portfolio at decent prices

I see no reason why they won't continue to achieve decent prices.

To me it looks cheap but I would say that.

Depends on the value on the other assets they haven't sold yet. Would appear they have achieved reasonable prices for the better quality loan book but then what is left may not be of the same quality and liquidity. That said we have received more cash back far quicker than I thought at the outset

Me neither - should the price not have jumped up to 80P?

Would it be daft to reinvest the approx 20% capital distribution in to buying more NBMI stock?

Kama - when a company pays a divi, the number of shares remains the same but the company has less cash.
Here the company is making a payment so has less cash, but there are also less shares so the valuation should be unaffected.

The share price shouldn't move. You will just have less shares

Hi thanks, does that mean the share price will drop on that day like a ex div date?

Essentially NBMI will buy just under 20% of your shareholding and you will receive 81p a share

To be paid by end of March but need to be shareholder on 14th March………
