Will NAPS put out an RNS given how much it dropped today? If they don't its an admission of how useless they are and that a massive placing is on the way

Counting on years and this company has not delivered 2020 Pandemic lockdowns was the time when I thought their VR tech might just take off but nothing and imo management quickly realised that so they very quickly realised that and changed direction and bought Napster hoping to save face. Napster suffered years of underinvestment with stagnant revenues now it needs a lot of money pumping in to catch up, money Napster does not have, the only way they are going to get their hands on much needed is by doing a Deeply Discounted Placing.Billions of more cheap shares will be issued at probably near HALF p.... All imho

If you have a look down the #NAPS feed the consensus is that its a massive placing being forward sold to replace the death spiral finance.

I see the "seller out" mentality from traders all over AIM, but people need to question why someone chose to dump so many shares on the market. What is it they didnt like as they will no doubt have access to information that private investors don't have.

Yep and even fcap will pass shares onto other brokers to offload. Realistically bod should just of come out with the placing instead of forward selling stock beforehand through FCAP

At these prices why are major shareholders not buying more? Why is it only the PIs seeing vale or averaging down? These prices are way way lower than options yet major holders are not touching this. Not even AM who sold loads at a much higher piece is buying more. I'm down £34k on this share. The only positive I see now is that the majors are still holding.
