NAHL (AIM: NAH), the leading UK marketing and services business focused on the UK consumer legal market, was informed on 6 April 2018 by Tim Aspinall, Non-Executive Director that he has purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0025 each in the Group (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 140 pence per share. Following the purchase Mr Aspinall has a beneficial interest in 10,000 Ordinary Shares which is 0.02% of the issued share capital.
