As a recent investor, I wasn't very impressed with their TV ad. I'm not sure that there are people having accidents to make it a good investment. Any advice appreciated.

Forecast dividends from Morning Star that I have seen for NAHL have dividend cover of 1.4 with respective yields of 16p and 14p a share going forwards in 2017 and 2018 ...

This is the outlook statement from the final results:

"We have diversified our business proposition over the last two years and generated operating profits of GBP5.2m from Critical Care and Residential Property in 2016. We intend to continue to grow these businesses and will assess appropriate acquisition opportunities as they arise.

PI remains the largest part of our business, by revenue and profit. NAH's profits have contracted during 2016 for market driven reasons, and in 2017 we expect further contraction, primarily as a result of our changing business model. 2017 and 2018 will be years of transition.

We now know much of the scope of the regulatory change in PI, which is scheduled to take effect in Q4 2018. We have planned for these changes and have a clear strategy of how to develop our business model. In the short term we will grow our volume, although profits recovery will lag because our emerging business models are based on a longer investment profile. However, we have the brand strength, market know how, leadership team and PLF relationships to deliver a market leading PI performance."

decent inline statement IMO, shame it is so short and sweet! however IMO if they are in line, and if their results continue that way then won't that juicy yield be the same as they are committed to a certain level of payout??? DYOR and IMO

That's incorrect. The dividend is maintained at 2/3rds of profits. Profitability is forecast to dip a bit but then recover. The dividend has not been cancelled.

Bit worried about the chart until 136 ish. But agree totally undervalued. No Divi to entice buyers now so be interesting to see how this plays out.

Just topped up a bit more here. It would be good to see some director buys at these levels. Incredibly undervalued IMO.

What a stupid comment. My stocks always perform better when the FTSE is down for some reason and they are not defensives either.

Well your a wiser man than me if you can decipher whether JP Morgan have been taking up the slack or selling a few too. ? The shares from spreadex and River M have to be of going somewhere so my guess is JPM have taken them at this level. Onwards and upwards now ??
