Director change and notice of final results


The Board of Myhome announces that Martin Ward, Finance Director, has informed
the Board of his intention to resign to take up a position elsewhere. The Board
has agreed that Martin will be leaving at the end of December 2007. Martin will
continue to work with the Board in finalising the results for the year ended 30
September 2007, which are expected to be announced by mid-January 2008.

The most worrying thing about this announcement is that it suggests the banks have been through the books are are not happy with MYH's ability to manage this debt - or see a return on it.

What will MYH's investors say if presented with the same information?

Given that this stock has some very large holders, I will be interested to see how this is resolved.

As usual, private shareholders have very little information to go on.
