11/7/2008 10:31 | GSands - 10 Jul'08 - 19:46 - 581 of 584 The drop is to do with people selling shares. What has that got to do with the performance of the company? I guess people sell shares if they perceive they are not a good investment. If it is not a good investment at whatever the price is then that price is possibly too high. All this perception stuff can change in a blink of course if the right noises are made. btw, Reinstate a divi means they are going to give away some of their value to the shareholders, reducing the value of the company and corresponding fall in share prise of course. Any comments? I expect a divi would drop this another 3p or so | mikey_b
11/7/2008 08:57 | If you take out the exceptional, the financial performance was not bad at all. Operating profits for the first half were £500k+, with a good start to the second half of the year (50 franchisees sold in the first 3 months) and a reduced cost base the performance for the second half with be improved. EPS for next year could be around 3p, so on a PE of 15 that would give us a share price of 45p. I would also note that the quality of earnings for the company is improving i.e. the royalty income. Therefore in my opinion the shares are a very strong buy. | lgpixels

10/7/2008 16:47 | GSands - 10 Jul'08 - 15:43 - 574 of 578 LOL! Well done boys. You really are rooting out the weak here. So the drop has nothing to do with the dire performance of the company that you have been ramping for months. | marycurer |
